This notice explains what personal data is processed when you use my website susanne-schick.de and when you contact me.
1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for the processing of personal data is:
Susanne Schick
Horst-Embacher-Allee 5
22850 Norderstedt
Germany
Email: pr@susanne-schick.de
Telephone: +49 155 68 722 656
2. Website provision and hosting
I use the following service to provide this website:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany
When you access the website, technical data necessary for the transmission of content and for secure and reliable operation is processed. This includes, in particular, your IP address, the time of access and the requested web address. Depending on the information transmitted by your browser and the server configuration, browser and operating system details, the previously visited website, the volume of data transferred and technical status messages may also be processed.
This processing serves to deliver the website, to detect and rectify technical errors, and to prevent and investigate misuse or attacks.
3. Contact via email or telephone
If you contact me by email or telephone, I will process the details you provide in order to deal with your enquiry and communicate with you. This may include, in particular, your name, your email address or telephone number, the content of your message, any documents sent, and technical communication data.
Technical service providers (see Section 2) are used for the receipt, transmission and storage of emails.
Contact details and the content of communications are deleted as soon as the enquiry has been fully processed and no further retention is required for the respective communication purpose. Where statutory retention obligations or the need to assert, exercise or defend legal claims preclude this, the data required for these purposes will be retained for a longer period accordingly.
Contacting us is voluntary. In order to reply, I require a means of contact and sufficient details regarding your enquiry. Without this information, I may not be able to process your enquiry.
4. Privacy settings and browser storage
The locally operated WordPress plugin Miro Compliance is installed on this website to manage privacy settings. Currently, no optional services are enabled via this plugin.
The plugin checks whether a valid privacy selection exists in your browser’s local storage under the key miro_compliance_choice_v1. Any selection that may already be stored may contain details of the selected services, the time of the decision, the information version and a randomly generated reference number.
Miro Compliance does not itself transmit this selection to a server and does not maintain a server-side consent archive.
The configured validity period of a selection is 180 days. Once this period has expired, or in the event of a significant change to the information version, the selection is no longer considered valid. The validity period is to be distinguished from the actual storage in the browser: a stored data record may remain there until it is deleted or overwritten. You can delete the relevant website data via your browser’s settings.
Where access to the browser’s storage is strictly necessary to implement an explicitly requested data protection selection, this is based on § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Where personal data is processed in the process, this is done to comply with your data protection settings.
5. Links to external websites and social networks
Where this website refers to external websites or profiles on social networks – such as LinkedIn – these are standard links. The social media icons used in the header are delivered directly from this website.
If you click on such a link, you will leave my website and access the relevant external service. In doing so, the provider of that service receives the data transmitted for this visit. If you are logged in to a social network, the provider may, where applicable, associate your visit with your user account.
The provider of the respective external service is responsible for data processing on that service. Information on the purposes, legal bases, retention periods and your options for adjusting settings there can be found in their privacy notices.
6. Places of processing and transfers to third countries
ALL-INKL.COM states that it processes personal data at its registered office or in data centres in Germany.
When accessing linked external websites, data processing may take place outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. The respective providers provide information on this on their own websites.
7. Your data protection rights
Subject to the relevant legal requirements, you have the following rights:
- Access to information regarding the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR;
- Rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR;
- Erasure of your data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR;
- restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR;
- data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR, provided that the processing is carried out by automated means and is based on your consent or a contract.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.
To exercise your rights, you may contact us using the contact details provided in Section 1.
8. Right to object
Where I process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
I will then cease to process the data in question, unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You may object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes without having to state specific reasons.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular at your usual place of residence, your place of work or the place where the alleged infringement occurred.
For a data controller based in Schleswig-Holstein, you may contact the following supervisory authority in particular:
Independent State Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein – ULD
PO Box 71 16
24171 Kiel
Telephone: +49 431 988-1200
Email: mail@datenschutzzentrum.de
Website: www.datenschutzzentrum.de
10. Automated decision-making
No decision-making based solely on automated processing, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR, takes place in connection with this website.
